I ate a lot of bettroot yesterday, a whole punnet of the stuff with my lunch and then scared the bejesus out of myself last night when I peed out some wierd pinky / orange looking pee! After my initial shock I wondered if I had a kidney infection and then rembered what I had for lunch.

9 months agoRight winter tubbyness must now disapear. I’m keeping a food diary maybe an exercise log too. I have some of those Ali diet pills so I will let you know how I’m getting on with them.
