Menu choices

It was someones birthday so we headed off to local Italian for lunch. All I wanted was a massive bowl of carbanara pasta with lashings of cream and cheese, but as I didn’t exercise I opted for the grilled tuna steak with salad. It was yummy but now I’m very hungry I can’t wait to get home and noodle myself ip!

Walked up Snowdon on Saturday 5 hours up and down, over 3000ft to climb up! Very very sore legs and ass today

Right winter tubbyness must now disapear. I’m keeping a food diary maybe an exercise log too. I have some of those Ali diet pills so I will let you know how I’m getting on with them.

Holidays

We’re off to Costa Rica in August, or Costa Packet as it’s been renamed. I’m ebaying everything. It’s become a bit addictive - I keep checking it every 10 minutes.
