Menu choices

It was someones birthday so we headed off to local Italian for lunch. All I wanted was a massive bowl of carbanara pasta with lashings of cream and cheese, but as I didn’t exercise I opted for the grilled tuna steak with salad. It was yummy but now I’m very hungry I can’t wait to get home and noodle myself ip!

Very Sore

Walked up Snowdon on Saturday 5 hours up and down, over 3000ft to climb up!
